Strive's SATA Now Estimated To Have Bought Over 1,300 Bitcoin This Week

Strive’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (SATA) stayed near its $100 par through the week of September 28, the at-the-market program is marked active, and estimated Bitcoin bought with the proceeds has already cleared 1,300 coins — with Friday’s session still open.
The SATA ATM Tracker shows an estimated 1,310.1 Bitcoin acquired from SATA issuance in the week of September 28, 2026. Net ATM proceeds stand at $110.16 million on 1.13 million shares issued, with weekly volume of $245.08 million including extended hours. The tracker uses volume traded at or above the $100 threshold and a capture rate calibrated to prior SEC filings. SATA last traded at $100.00 to $100.01, with a 13% dividend yield and rate and a market cap of $1.03 billion. The ATM is marked active and the market is open.
Friday’s trading day is not finished. The figures below are estimates, and both the daily and weekly totals will keep moving until the close and after-hours volume is in. Additional volume at or above par will add to proceeds and to the estimated Bitcoin total.

Day-by-day this week
Monday, September 28: Estimated +293.05 BTC. Net ATM proceeds $24.47 million (250.9K shares issued). Daily volume $68.61 million. SATA closed $99.96, four cents below par. Average Bitcoin price used for the estimate: $83,495. A sub-par close does not zero out the day. The model counts volume that traded at or above $100, so Monday contributed the week’s second-largest print.
Tuesday, September 29: Estimated +151.66 BTC. Net ATM proceeds $12.67 million (130.0K shares issued). Daily volume $42.24 million. SATA closed $100.01, a penny above par. Average Bitcoin price: $83,554. The lightest full session of the week.
Wednesday, September 30: Estimated +408.51 BTC. Net ATM proceeds $34.35 million (352.2K shares issued). Daily volume $61.67 million. SATA closed $100.01. Average Bitcoin price: $84,081. The largest day of this week so far.
Thursday, October 1: Estimated +375.92 BTC. Net ATM proceeds $31.67 million (324.8K shares issued). Daily volume $58.53 million. SATA closed $100.01. Average Bitcoin price: $84,255.
Friday, October 2 (intraday, market still open): Estimated +81.50 BTC so far today. Net ATM proceeds so far $7.04 million (72.2K shares issued). Daily volume so far $14.11 million. SATA last at $100.01, a penny above par. Average Bitcoin price used: $86,399.
These Friday figures are incomplete. U.S. markets remain open, so more volume above par will add to both proceeds and the estimated Bitcoin total before the close. Treat the 1,310.1 weekly figure as a live estimate, not a final tally.
The five-day sum of the daily estimates is roughly 1,311 BTC and about $110.2 million. The live weekly tracker currently shows 1,310.1 BTC and $110.16 million. Small differences are normal given after-hours volume, rounding on average Bitcoin prices, and the capture-rate model. The weekly average Bitcoin price used for the headline estimate is $84,082.
Already ahead of last week’s confirmed buy

Last week’s Form 8-K, filed September 28, reported that Strive bought 1,107 Bitcoin between September 21 and September 25 at an average price of about $85,396 including fees, lifting holdings from 26,355 to 27,462 BTC. The outlay was about $94.5 million. Chairman and CEO Matt Cole said SATA supplied 85% of the capital raised that week, with warrant exercises adding another $12.4 million. SATA shares outstanding rose by 1,009,020 to 12,193,180, and cash increased $19.2 million to $248.8 million.
This week’s SATA-only ATM estimate has already passed both that 1,107-coin purchase and the $94.5 million outlay, on preferred issuance alone, and Friday is not done. The comparison is not one-for-one. The 8-K covers settled purchases across every funding source. The tracker covers estimated SATA ATM proceeds converted at prevailing Bitcoin prices. Common-stock issuance, warrants, and cash can still add to or lag the coins that show up in the next filing. Historically SATA has done the bulk of the work when it trades at par.
Share count this week, an estimated 1.13 million issued, is already larger than last week’s 1.01 million increase in SATA outstanding. At the $100 stated amount, that is roughly $113 million of new preferred notional before fees, in line with the tracker’s $110.16 million net-proceeds figure.
Why the $100 level matters
SATA is designed to trade near its $100 stated amount and currently pays a 13% annualized dividend every business day, a structure introduced in mid-June 2026 that made it the first U.S.-listed security to distribute cash dividends daily. Strive has said it will not issue new SATA below $100. When the preferred sits at or above that line, new shares can be sold and the net proceeds deployed into Bitcoin without adding debt.
That channel was dark for much of the summer after the June sell-off, which took SATA to an intraday low of $79.01. It reopened in late August when the preferred returned to par. This week it has been open again: Monday closed a few cents under par but still printed issuance on volume that traded through $100, Tuesday through Thursday closed a penny above par, and Friday is still adding coins with the market open. Market cap on the tracker sits at $1.03 billion.
Numbers will update through the rest of Friday’s session. The live tracker is the running read on how much of each day’s volume above $100 is translating into new Bitcoin. Anything printed before the close should be read as an estimate.
